I’ll write this in English, as this was an international gig for KARAudio. One tends to think that selling products such as KAR-ADUs (instead of custom-made services what KAR Ltd. usually does!!) made by others would be much easier than selling something of your own, especially if those are services. Well guess again, I say!
Usually it takes six months to have the customer warm up. In this case it took one year, which is a pretty long time for something rather small relatively speaking not that expensive. But still, it is not a long time, when you consider when new buildings / very special shielding rooms and equipment etc. need first to be planned and built. So yes, better have good nerves and a lot of patience! 🙂
